Linguine with White Clam Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb clams

  • 2 TBS Butter Olive Oil

  • 1 TBS Fresh chopped garlic

  • 2 TBS half & half

  • Garlic Sea Salt (to taste)

  • Linguini Pasta

  • Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions:

  • Saute garlic in 1 to 2 TBS of Butter Olive Oil. Then put in the whole baby clams. Add about 2 TBS of half & half. Sprinkle Roasted Sea Salt on top. Adjust amounts of clam juice, half and half and Roasted Garlic Sea salt to taste. Pour all over cooked linguini. Top with fresh parmesan cheese and enjoy.
