Basil and Ricotta Spread
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 Cup Ricotta Cheese
1/2 Cup Basil Olive Oil
5 sprigs of fresh basil
1 clove of garlic, smashed
1 T fresh lemon juice
1 t sea salt
DIRECTIONS:
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until creamy & smooth. Add seasoning to taste.
Can be stored in a refrigerator up to 3 days
