Basil and Ricotta Spread

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 Cup Ricotta Cheese

  • 1/2 Cup Basil Olive Oil

  • 5 sprigs of fresh basil

  • 1 clove of garlic, smashed

  • 1 T fresh lemon juice

  • 1 t sea salt

DIRECTIONS:

  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until creamy & smooth. Add seasoning to taste.

Can be stored in a refrigerator up to 3 days
