Orange Olive Oil Cake

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Cups flour

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 1/2 Cup Sugar

  • 1 1/2 T Orange Olive Oil

  • Zest of 3 oranges

  • 1/2 t baking soda

  • 1/2 pinch salt

  • 2 t baking powder

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF

  2. Prepare a bundt pan, butter and flour

  3. Whisk eggs and sugar together; add milk, Orange Olive Oil and orange zest

  4. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt

  5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry mix

  6. Pour mixture into the prepared cake pan and bake for 50-55 min.
