NECTARINE CROSTINI
Ingredients:
Nectarines
Sourdough Baguette (or any baguette)
Mascarpone cheese
Chopped parsley (for presentation)
Instructions:
Place sliced nectarines in a container and drizzle with Honey Ginger Balsamic, let sit over night.
Next Day - Grill or bake nectarines for about 2 minutes each side, enough for the Balsamic to become a glaze. Set aside.
Cut your sourdough baguette and brush with Butter Olive Oil, then toast until golden brown. Once toasted, add mascarpone and top with sliced nectarine - add chopped parsley for presentation!
